What a absolute shite day !!!

Transfer box is toast and car is now in a workshop thanks to a friendly local mlr member. Replacement box should be on route at midday so we should be back on the road this evening.

Just goes to show there are some nice people out there that are repaired to help.

Me and my mate are currently in a €170 a night hotel payed for by breakdown cover and went out for a few beers last night too

Today will mainly be sightseeing around the city of Bruge

Done some sight seeing now chillin in the square avin a beer watching the world go by

A huge amount of respect going out to people of the MLR !! I made it to hotel at the ring around midnight for a nice cold beer
A very long story and 6hrs on hard shoulder including 2 recovery trucks lots of phone calls to people in Belgium and uk and I had the car recovered to a guy who breaks evos around 10:30 we diagnosed the problem the they found us a lush hotel. And took us there checked us in and we all went out on the town for a few beers. Me and my mate had massive breakfast and done some sight seeing around the very lovely city of bruges. Then they organised for a friend of there's to collect us from hotel at 3:00 in his Evo IX.

I removed transfer box and found this




Replacement box was brought over very kindly via mlr staff which they sourced for me and it was back up and running by 7:00.



We stayed with hans and his wife drinking tea and chatting etc till around 8:30 very very nice people indeed !!!

And off we went to the ring which we arrived at around midnight

So very grateful to all those involved ! If it wasn't for them my car would have been in the recovery company's hands till Tuesday. I wasn't having that

Very scary, certainly sorts the men from the boys and can honestly say compared to all the GT3 drivers out there I was just a boy lol
Good time though !

Seen lots and I won the karting
