Looks really good, was is simon@NTS who did the mapping?

Yes it was simon top job as usual think ive a problem with wastegate
not sealing a bit slow spooling up
it does make the boost but its about
a grand later than it should will investigate over the winter
thanks for the kind remarks

Si is great, he usually comes on track days in my car. Next time ask about his spin ;-)

Mine did that, is it original turbo?

The penny washers wear away then don't seal as well.

Supamario sorted me with his old turbo that's in great nick. But the quick fix was an 8 turbo with the 9.8t hot side (tdo5 16g) but it wasn't anything like my old turbo!

Be on the look out for a good td05 16g 10.5t just Incase. I switched em over myself it wasn't overly difficult.

Went out in si's new toy after he mapped mine
proper laugh that was!
Think the turbo is the original
would like to refresh/forge engine over the winter anyway

Ha yeah he took me in it monster!

Bit reluctant to go that route myself, but if it happens it happens.

IV said just that too.

But...

For the sake of building an engine for many ££££'s you want more for your money :hm:

I reckon if you go forged then probably push for 450bhp to 500bhp

I think I'd just go for a low mileage 7/8 engine or 9 bottom end or even a 9 engine conversion.

For me it's tough one, I've been in Simons car and a 550bhp noble m12 and yeah they're fast, but are they that sort of £££££'s faster.

Had a blast in a 190bhp mr2 and sorted suspension 888's and it was ace, made me realise my car at 370bhp is plenty with a good suspension set up

Waffling now ha :D

Coming from a biking background raced for many a year at a good
Club level no car is ever going to feel that quick 0-100 say
That's why I would be happy with 400 torque because the corner speed
You can carry with these cars is the most impressive! the grip level is the best
Thing about evos ,who's waffling now!!!
